Shipping Methods The production time for an order depends on various factors, including the time of year, product availability, and order size. Generally, most orders are shipped within 2-7 business days after the order is submitted.
We use the Standard Shipping option for most orders. Item will be delivered within 4-7 business days (for US domestic) and 10 – 15 business days (for international) after production is completed.

However, it’s important to note that the fulfillment timeframe may vary for each order. You can find an estimated ship-by date for each order in your Orders tab.

Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer free shipping on select orders. To qualify for free shipping, the following conditions must be met:

The shipping address must be within the countries we currently offer free shipping.
For orders that do not meet the free shipping criteria, standard shipping charges will apply. These charges will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery address provided during checkout.
International Shipping
We gladly offer international shipping to most countries. However, due to specific constraints and regulations, we are unable to ship to the following countries:
- North Korea
- Russia
- Israel
- Ukraine

Tracking and Order Status
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package on our website or with our shipping partner.

For modification orders, the production time is expanded 1-2 days.
A tracking will be emailed to your email when your order is prepared to be dispatched so you can track it all the way to your house.
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise, the package we mail to you will be returned to us.
Most packages (97%) arrive on time. Orders sometimes show up after the estimated delivery date, possible reasons for late delivery include the following:
- Incorrect address
- Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
- Severe weather conditions
- International customs procedures
If you did not receive your package as promptly as our website stated, we will give RESEND OR REFUND per your asking. Please email us at sales@msthinkapparel.com and we’ll make it right!
Customs policies vary widely, and some countries don’t charge import fees for shipments but some others will. Tax is not included in the price on our website, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office.
